摘　　要：金融与科技深度融合形成的金融科技极大地改变了金融行业的运行模式,对金融体系产生了巨大影响。金融科技主要以众多新兴科学技术作为支撑,持续为传统金融发展提供动力,并进一步推动科技与金融的有机结合。文章在阐述金融科技内涵的基础上,对金融科技的演化进程进行回顾,展望了金融科技在后疫情时代的发展趋势,分析我国金融科技发展过程中存在的技术风险、数据安全风险、操作风险、系统性风险等,以及这些风险在监管专业能力、监管体制、监管力度等方面形成的挑战;从3个方面提出金融监管的对策建议,包括依托现代科技,完善监管手段、把握交易流程,实施穿透式监管、鼓励创新,适度灵活监管。The financial technology formed by the deep integration of finance and technology has greatly changed the operation mode of the financial industry and has had a huge impact on the financial system.Fintech is mainly supported by many emerging science and technologies,continues to provide impetus for the development of traditional finance,and further promotes the organic irrtegration of technology and finance.On the basis of expounding the connotation of fintech,the article reviews the evolution process of fintech,looks forward to the development trend of fintech in the post-epidemic era,and then analyzes the technical risks,data security risks and operational risks existing in the development of fintech in my country,systemic risks,etc.,as well as the challenges that these risks pose in terms of supervision professional ability,supervision system,supervision irrtensity,etc.;put forward countenneasures and suggestions for financial supervision from three aspects,including relying on modern technology,improving supervision methods,grasping transaction processes,and implemerrting Penetrating regulation,encouraging innovation,and moderately flexible regulation.
