摘　　要：为增强液体油品检测设备的便携式能力和提高设备的多参数检测能力,设计出一种油品多参数测试仪。该测试仪利用常闭式闭口杯法油品测试原理,采用多传感器信息融合技术,实现了对油品的闪点、粘度、密度、介电常数和流体温度的检测,以及油品参数测试过程中电机启停、信息传输、信息处理、数据融合、数据保存等的自动控制和测试数据的实时显示。设计达到了油品多参数测试仪的硬件和功能要求。To enhance the portability and multi-parameter testing capability of liquid oil testing equipment,a multi-parameter oil tester is designed,which uses the oil testing principle of the closed cup method and adopts multi-sensor information fusion technology to test the flash point,viscosity,density,dielectric constant and fluid temperature of the oil,and achieves the automatic control of motor start/stop,information transmission,information processing,data fusion,data storage,etc. during the oil parameter test process,and real-time display of the data. The design has reached the hardware and functional requirements of the oil product multi-parameter tester.
