京津冀文化产业与区域经济协调发展度研究

摘　　要：京津冀三地文化产业与地区经济的协调发展是京津冀文化产业之间“大协同”和区域整体协同发展的前提。通过构建文化产业与区域经济协调发展分析理论模型,并采用基于平均增长率和熵值赋权法的协调发展度评价模型,对京津冀文化产业与区域经济的协调发展状况进行了研究。结果表明:在规模维度上,北京市文化产业规模发展速度超前于其区域经济规模发展速度,津冀则较为滞后;在结构维度上,北京市和天津市的文化产业内部结构与区域经济行业结构之间表现出协调的状态,河北省则为不协调状态;在质量效益维度上,天津市文化产业社会效益与经济效益的协调发展状况良好,北京市居中,河北省表现欠佳。据此,提出针对性建议,以期为京津冀文化产业协同发展提供参考。The coordinated development in the cultural industry and regional economy between Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei Province is the premise of the“great integration”of their cultural industries and coordinated development of the whole region.The coordinated development of cultural industry and regional economy in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Region is studied by constructing a theoretical model for analyzing the coordinated development of cultural industry and regional economy and using an evaluation model of coordinated development degree based on average growth rate and entropy weight methods.The results show that in the dimension of scale,Beijing′s cultural industry scale development speed is ahead of its regional economic scale development speed,while Tianjin and Hebei are lagging behind;In the dimension of structure,the internal structure of the cultural industry in Beijing and Tianjin displays coordination with the regional economic industry structure,while Hebei Province does not.In the dimension of quality and benefit,the coordinated development degree of social and economic benefits of cultural industry in Tianjin is desirable,Beijing ranks the second,and Hebei is the least satisfactory.Some suggestions are put forward accordingly to provide a reference for the coordinated development of cultural industries in Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei Province.
