摘  要:为深入研究不同氨基修饰剂对磁性碳纳米管吸附性能的影响,分别以1,6-己二胺(HA)和壳聚糖为氨基修饰剂,通过一步溶剂热法制备出2种氨基化磁性碳纳米管复合材料。利用透射电子显微镜、傅里叶变换红外光谱仪、热重分析仪、X射线衍射仪以及表面积及孔径分布仪探究所制复合材料的结构和性能,并通过吸附实验研究比较2种氨基化磁性碳纳米管对刚果红染料(CR)的吸附性能。试验结果表明:通过一步溶剂热法可成功制得1,6-己二胺修饰的磁性碳纳米管(MCNTs/HA)和壳聚糖修饰的磁性碳纳米管(MCNTs/CS),其在水中均具有良好的分散性和磁响应性。MCNTs/HA和MCNTs/CS的比表面积和孔隙体积有较大差别,HA修饰的磁性碳纳米管具有更大的比表面积和孔隙体积。MCNTs/HA和MCNTs/CS对水中CR的吸附量均随时间的增加逐渐增大,最后达到平衡。通过动力学模型拟合结果发现,MCNTs/HA对CR的吸附符合准二级动力学模型,说明在CR的去除过程中主要是化学吸附作用;通过等温模型拟合结果发现,MCNTs/HA对CR的吸附符合Langmuir等温模型,说明CR在复合材料表面的吸附行为是单分子层吸附,MCNTs/HA和MCNTs/CS对CR的最大计算吸附量分别可达250和120 mg/g。此外,MCNTs/HA还具有良好的重复使用性能,说明MCNTs/HA在水处理领域有望成为一种有效的染料吸附剂。Carbon nanotubes have become a new type of adsorption material that has attracted much attention due to their unique hollow structure, ultra-high specific surface area and good chemical stability, but their separation difficulties and poor adsorption selectivity problems are to a large extent limit the application and development of carbon nanotubes. The preparation of magnetic carbon nanotubes by compounding with magnetic nanoparticles can effectively solve the problem of difficult separation of carbon nanotubes. In addition, modifying the surface of carbon nanotubes with functional groups can improve the adsorption selectivity of carbon nanotubes. Combining magnetic nanoparticles and surface modification methods to synthesize dual-functional carbon nanotube adsorbents with both magnetic responsiveness and high absorbability has become a hot spot in the field of adsorption. In order to study the effects of diffe-rent kinds of aminated magnetic carbon nanotubes on the adsorption of dye molecules, in this study, two kinds of aminated magnetic carbon nanotubes composites were prepared by one-step solvothermal method using 1,6-hexanediamine and chitosan as amino modifiers, respectively. The transmission electron microscope(TEM), Fourier transform infrared spectrometer(FT-IR), thermogravimetric analyzer(TG), X-ray diffraction(XRD) and specific surface area and pore size analysis were used to probe the structures and properties of fabricated composite materials. Adsorption experiments were used to study and compare the adsorption properties of two kinds of aminated magnetic carbon nanotubes for Congo red(CR) dye. The results showed that the dispersion properties of the aminated magnetic carbon nanotubes were greatly improved, and both of them exhibited good magnetic response in water.
