摘 要:木材纹理通常用于装饰人造板材的表面。本研究提出了一种利用图像分层模型驱动紫外线固化喷墨打印木材纹理的处理方法,优化与简化装饰打印数字木料的创建,以实现工业应用中快速构建木纹打印的数字模型,在人造板基材表面打印出符合应用标准的仿真3D触觉装饰木材纹理。在本研究中,通过图像处理将普通纹理图像转换为多通道图像,专色通道驱动油墨密度100%、体积300%的白色墨滴以3层墨滴叠加的形式沉积在基材上形成白色3D实体纹理形状,色彩通道驱动映射在白色浮雕纹理表面的彩色图案打印;在打印面上进行粗糙度、LAB值、光泽度、附着力、硬度的性能测试,表征利用图像模型方法喷墨沉积木纹的立体形态与沉积表层物理性能。研究结果表明,在模拟的3D模型切片打印木纹模型驱动下,白墨浮雕纹理与色彩纹理点对点像素对应沉积形成了立体木材纹理;打印的装饰木纹层其粗糙度轮廓表征油墨沉积高度为300μm、LAB值差值为-5~5,光泽度10~18(85°入射角),附着力2级,硬度4H,符合一般装饰板材表面的漆膜应用标准。Wood texture is usually used in decorating the surface of laminated materials. This study presents an image model that utilizes the UV-curable inkjet printing as an alternative and effective approach for printing vivid 3 D tactile wood texture on surfaces of wood-based panel substrates. The printing wood model is created from the scanned digital image of a real wood surface and processed in a graphic software. The image is edited to grayscale graphics matched the color image by selecting color range and setting the parameters of fuzziness as the printing slice layers. The typical grayscale image is combined as the spot channel of the color wood texture image. The original wood texture image is converted into multi-channel image with CMYK(cyan, magenta, yellow, black) and matching W(white) spot color channels. The spot color channel drives the ink density of 100% volume and 300% volume of white ink droplets three layers to be deposited on the substrate to form a white 3 D solid texture shape, and the color channels drive the printing of color patterns to be mapped on the textured surface. The performance tests such as roughness, LAB value, gloss, adhesion, and hardness are measured to characterize the three-dimensional morphology of inkjet deposited wood texture and the physical properties of the deposited surface. The research results show that the application of the image model method can simulate the 3 D model slice printing wood texture model, and the white ink relief texture and the color texture are deposited corresponding to the point-to-point pixels to form a three-dimensional wood texture. The performance tests of the printed texture show that the ink deposition height of 300 μm, LAB value difference between-5 and 5, gloss of 10-18(85-degree incident angle), adhesion grade of two, and hardness of 4 H. These parameters characterize the morphological effect of the printed simulated wood texture and meet the application standards of coating film on the surface of general decorative panels.
