摘　　要：随着社会发展,我国医疗事业也取得了很大进步。医疗设施投入的不断增加,对于医院基建管理工作的要求也不断提高,以人为本、科学的制度、先进的理念等方面都是基建管理工作的发展方向。但是在很多地区对于卫生资源及相关的卫生基础设施的完善和配置在很多方面仍然不足,并且在实际开展基层建设工程开展的过程当中还存在着较多的问题,出现了很多卫生管理方面的问题,大部分地区缺乏合理配置卫生资源的经验,文章旨在针对医院基建工程中出现的卫生问题进行探究分析,并提出相关卫生管理的优化策略,进一步推动我国医院建设工作的科学化进程,促进我国医院基建工程卫生管理规范化发展。With the development of society,great progress has been made in China’s medical industry.With the increasing investment in medical facilities,the requirements for hospital infrastructure management are also increasing.People oriented,scientific system,advanced concept and other aspects are the development direction of infrastructure management.However,in many areas,the improvement and allocation of health resources and related health infrastructure are still insufficient in many aspects,and there are still many problems in the actual process of carrying out grass-roots construction projects.There are many problems in health management,and most areas lack the experience of reasonable allocation of health resources.The purpose of this paper is to explore and analyze the health problems in hospital infrastructure projects,and put forward the optimization strategies of health management,so as to further promote the scientific process of hospital construction in China and promote the standardized development of health management in hospital infrastructure projects.
