摘　　要：针对品牌影响力低、管理水平低下等问题,医院以“一线一标、五化步骤、两化标准”为路径,以文件管理为体现痕迹管理的抓手,同时以信息化手段作为辅助,历时8年,建立了评审管理常态化模式。该管理模式助力医院等级从二甲晋级到三甲,外部影响力持续提升,在2018年和2019年国家三级公立医院绩效考核中,医院总体名次呈上升趋势,同时在本地区区县级医院中保持领先。该管理模式能帮助管理水平和管理队伍相对薄弱的医院实现管理水平持续改进和提升,提供了建立评审常态的工作路径,有一定推广价值。Aiming at the problems of low brand influence and low management level,the hospital has established the normalization mode of review management for 8 years by taking“unified route and standards,five standardization steps and two standardization”as the path,taking document management as the starting point of trace management and information means as the auxiliary.This management mode helps the hospital to be promoted from the second grade to the third grade,and the external influence continues to improve.In the performance appraisal of national third grade public hospitals in 2018 and 2019,the overall ranking of hospitals shows an upward trend,and remains in the lead among local district hospitals.This management mode can help hospitals with relatively weak management level and management team to achieve continuous improvement of management level,and provides a working path to establish a normal review,which has a certain promotion value.
