摘 要:文章采用热重分析法研究生物质热解炭与煤及其混合物在不同升温速率、不同掺混比例的条件下从室温加热至1000℃的燃烧特性,并利用Flynn-Wall-Ozawa(FWO)法计算燃烧过程中样品的动力学特性参数。结果表明:生物质热解炭的燃烧行为与煤类似,但其燃烧性能要好于煤;升温速率的提高使得样品的微分热失重(derivative thermogravimetric,DTG)曲线向高温区移动且会产生燃烧热滞后现象,但样品的残余量不会有显著变化;煤掺烧生物质热解炭会改善其燃烧性能,随着生物质热解炭掺混比例的增加,混合物的残余量随之减少,着火性能和燃烧性能逐渐提升;生物质热解炭与煤混燃时会出现协同效应,高温区域协同效应更加显著;活化能的相关系数均高于0.97,混合样品中生物质热解炭掺混比例为70%的样品活化能最小,活化能为105.38 kJ/mol。In this paper,the thermogravimetric analysis is used to study the combustion characteristics of biomass pyrolysis charcoal and pulverized coal(PC)and their mixtures heated from room temperature to 1000℃under different heating rates and different blending ratios.Meanwhile,the Flynn-Wall-Ozawa(FWO)method is used to calculate the kinetic parameters of the samples during combustion.The results show that the combustion behavior of biomass pyrolysis charcoal is similar to coal,but it has better combustion performance than coal.The increase of heating rate makes the derivative thermogravimetric(DTG)curve of the samples move to the high temperature zones and there will be a combustion heat hysteresis,but there will be no significant variation in the residual amount of the samples.Coal blended with biomass pyrolysis charcoal will improve its combustion performance.As the blending ratio of biomass pyrolysis charcoal increases,the residual amount of the mixture decreases,and the ignition performance and combustion performance are gradually improved.There will be a synergistic effect when the biomass pyrolysis charcoal and coal are co-fired,and the synergistic effect is more significant in high temperature zones.The correlation coefficients of activation energy are all higher than 0.97.The sample with a biomass pyrolysis charcoal blending ratio of 70%in the mixed samples has the smallest activation energy,which is 105.38 kJ/mol.
