摘　　要：目的探讨连续多次机采血小板捐献者其转铁蛋白的变化。方法选取2021年6月-2021年12月梅州市连续多次机采血小板捐献者325名,根据血小板捐献次数进行分组,首次机采血小板捐献者146例,机采血小板2~4次捐献者69例,机采血小板5~9次捐献者66例,机采血小板10~15次捐献者44例。所有捐献者均接受转铁蛋白(TPF)、可溶性转铁蛋白受体(sTfR)、血清铁蛋白(SF)及外周血项指标(PLt、RBC、Hb)的变化。结果血小板10~15次捐献组男、女性及总人群TPF水平高于其他组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);10~15次捐献组与首次捐献组的sTfR和SF指标比较,10~15次捐献组sTfR水平均有所升高,5~9次及10~15次捐献组SF水平均降低(P<0.05);各组捐献者PLt、RBC、Hb水平对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论连续多次机采血小板捐献者sTfR水平有所升高,高次数捐献组SF水平有所降低,但均处于正常范围内,且对外周血项指标影响不大,安全性较高。Objective To investigate the changes of transferrin in consecutive platelet donors.Methods 325 consecutive platelet donors in Meizhou city from June 2021 to December 2021 were divided into groups according to the number of platelet donations.There were 146 platelet donors for the first time,69 for 2~4 times,66 for 5~9 times and 60 for 5~9 times.There were 44 platelet donors 10~15 times.All donors received the changes of transferrin(TPF),soluble transferrin receptor(sTfR),serum ferritin(SF)and peripheral blood indexes(PLt,RBC,HB).Results The TPF levels of men,women and the total population in the 10-15 platelet donation group were significantly higher than those in other groups(P<0.05);compared with the first donation group,the level of sTfR and SF in the 10~15 donation group increased,and the level of SF in the 5~9 and 10~15 donation groups decreased(P<0.05);There was no significant difference in the levels of PLt,RBC and Hb among donors in each group(P>0.05).Conclusion The level of sTfR in continuous multiple mechanical platelet donors increased,and the level of SF in high-frequency donation group decreased,but they were all in the normal range,had little effect on peripheral blood indexes,and had high safety.
