健康日记在2型糖尿病患者护理中的应用价值分析

摘　　要：目的探究健康日记在2型糖尿病患者护理中的应用价值分析。方法择取2019年11月-2021年9月深圳市宝安区中心医院治疗的2型糖尿病患者92例为此次主要研究对象,按护理方案,将92例分为对照组(n=46)、观察组(n=46),对照组全员均给予常规护理,而观察组在对照组比例方案基础上加施健康日记,比较两组干预后变化。结果干预后观察组SDSCA各维度评分均较对照组高(P<0.05);干预后观察组2hPG、FPG、MODD指标均较对照组低(P<0.05);经干预后,观察组DMSES最终评分均要显著高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组护理满意度为95.65%,较对照组80.43%高(P<0.05)。结论2型糖尿病患者给予健康日记护理,能提高其自我管理行为能力及血糖控制结果,同时还能提升自我效能感、护理满意度,值得推广。Objective To explore the application value of health diary in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus.Methods 92 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus in our hospital from November 2019 to September 2021 were selected as the main subjects.According to the nursing plan,92 cases were divided into control group(n=46)and observation group(n=46).All the patients in the control group were given routine nursing,while the observation group was added health diary on the basis of the proportion scheme of the control group,which was more than that of the two groups after intervention.Results:After the intervention,the scores of SDSCA in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05);After intervention,the indexes of 2hPG,FPG and MODD in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05);after intervention,the final scores of DMSES in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05);the nursing satisfaction in the observation group was 95.65%,which was higher than 80.43%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Type 2 diabetes patients with health diary can improve their self-management ability and blood sugar control results,and at the same time can improve their self-efficacy and nursing satisfaction,which is worth promoting.
