观察小儿特发性血小板减少性紫癜的护理疗效

摘　　要：目的探究在特发性血小板减少性紫癜患儿治疗期间采取针对性护理干预的效果。方法对河源市妇幼保健院于2016年3月-2020年12月纳入的52例特发性血小板减少性紫癜患儿开展研究。依据随机数字表法选出26例患儿实施常规护理干预(常规组),另外26例患儿在常规组基础上开展针对性护理干预措施(试验组),评估两组护理干预效果。结果两组患儿经过干预各症状均得到显著改善,试验组改善情况优于常规组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组患儿护理总有效率为92.31%,显著高于常规组69.23%,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组患儿干预后血小板计数、平均血小板体积及血红蛋白均优于常规组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组住院时长、住院费用及家长认知程度与护理满意度评分明显优于常规组(P<0.05)。结论针对性护理干预模式合理应用于特发性血小板减少性紫癜患儿临床护理工作中具有显著效果,患儿恢复情况良好。Objective To study the specific nursing interventions for idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura(ITP)children.Methods 52 ITP children treated from March 2016 to December 2020 in our hospital were investigated.According to random number table,26 cases of receiving the routine care were set as routine group;26 cases of receiving the routine care and specific nursing interventions were set as experimental group.Nursing effects were discussed.Results Both of groups were improved after treatment;the improvement conditions in the experimental group were better than routine group;the total nursing effective rate in the experimental group(92.31%)was significantly higher than routine group(69.23%);the blood platelet count,mean platelet volume and hemoglobin levels in the experimental group were better than routine group;the hospital stays,hospitalization costs,family member’s cognition degree and nursing satisfaction scores in the experimental group were better than routine group(P<0.05).Conclusion The specific nursing interventions can increase the clinical effects and promote the fast recovery for ITP children.
