摘  要:针对水体磷污染治理问题,以菱镁矿轻烧粉为原料,采用矿石沉淀煅烧法制备高比表面、超细氧化镁产品,研究了反应物浓度、反应温度、热解时间、搅拌速率和表面活性剂添加量对氧化镁比表面积和粒度的影响。采用XRD、SEM、BET、FTIR和粒度分布仪对制备的氧化镁进行表征,并对其磷吸附性能进行了研究,探讨了其吸附机理。结果表明,在硫酸镁浓度0.5 mol/L、反应温度80℃、反应时间120 min、搅拌速率300 r/min、表面活性剂添加量0.5%的条件下,制备的多孔层状氧化镁比表面积为125.52 m^(2)/g,平均粒度为15.17μm。将该氧化镁用于吸附磷废水,对磷酸根的吸附量为141.2 mg/g,去除率为70.6%,该氧化镁对磷的吸附机理为物理吸附与化学吸附两种吸附方式共同作用,且以化学吸附为主。Address to phosphorus pollution in water,superfine magnesium oxide with high specific surface area was prepared by precipitation calcination method with light burning powder as raw materials.Effect of reactant concentration,reaction temperature,pyrolysis time,stirring rate,and surfactant addition on specific surface area and particle size of magnesium oxide were studied.The prepared MgO powders were characterized by XRD,SEM,BET,FTIR and particle size distribution instrument.The adsorption performance of phosphorus on MgO was studied,and the adsorption mechanism was discussed.The results show that the porous layered MgO exhibits high specific surface areas(125.52 m^(2)/g)with average pore size of 15.17 nm under the conditions including magnesium sulfate concentration of 0.5 mol/L,reaction temperature of 80℃,reaction time of 120 min,stirring rate of 300 r/min,and surfactant addition of 0.5%.The prepared MgO powder is used to adsorb phosphorus waste water with the maximum adsorption capacities of 141.2 mg/g and of removal rate of PO_(4)^(3-) of 70.6%.The adsorption of PO_(4)^(3-) on MgO is physical-chemical combination reaction,furthermore the process is mainly chemical adsorption.
