摘 要:钙源作为微生物诱导碳酸钙沉淀(MICP)技术的重要影响因素,直接决定着该技术实际应用的成功与否。为探究钙源对MICP技术固化氰化尾渣的影响,选用了四种钙源(氯化钙、乙酸钙、硝酸钙和乳酸钙)作为研究对象,以无侧限抗压强度、重金属浸出和形态含量变化为评价指标,分别考察了其对MICP固化氰化尾渣以及稳定重金属的效果,结果表明,乙酸钙和氯化钙作为钙源时,固化氰化尾渣的效果优于硝酸钙和乳酸钙,结合SEM、FT-IR和XRD结果,确定乙酸钙为最优钙源。该研究可以为MICP技术在固化氰化尾渣工程应用提供科学依据和参考。As an important influencing factor of microbial induced calcium carbonate precipitation(MICP)technology,calcium source directly determines the success of the practical application of this technology.In order to explore effect of calcium source on curing of cyanide tailings by MICP,four kinds of calcium salt(calcium chloride,calcium acetate,calcium nitrate and calcium lactate)were selected as research objects,and effects of MICP curing cyanide tailings and stabilizing heavy metals were examined respectively by unconditioned compressive strength,heavy metal leaching and morphological content changes.The results show that when calcium acetate and calcium chloride are used as calcium sources,the effect of curing cyanide tailings is better than that of calcium nitrate and calcium lactate,combined with SEM,FT-IR and XRD results,it can determined that calcium acetate is the optimal source of calcium.This study can provide a scientific basis and reference for practical application of cyanide tailings bio-cementation by MICP.
