舒芬太尼局部用药对罗哌卡因胸椎旁神经阻滞半数有效浓度的影响

摘　　要：目的舒芬太尼局部用药对罗哌卡因胸椎旁神经阻滞半数有效浓度的影响。方法选取广东省高州市人民医院2019年2月-2020年8月所收治的70例行单侧乳腺癌根治术的患者进行相关研究,借助数字表法划分为2组,各35例。参照组患者的神经阻滞用药为罗哌卡因20mL,实验组患者的神经阻滞用药为罗哌卡因复合舒芬太尼0.6μg/mL混合液共20mL,继而计算罗哌卡因的EC_(50)以及95%CI。结果参照组患者的不良反应发生率为5.71%,实验组不良反应发生率为8.57%,两组患者无显著差异,不具备统计学意义(P>0.05)。参照组的EC_(50)为0.41%,95%CI则为0.39%~0.43%;实验组EC_(50)为0.33%,95%CI为0.31%~0.35%。结论复合舒芬太尼0.6μg/mL局部用药,在临床上可显著降低罗哌卡因胸椎旁神经阻滞的EC_(50)。Objective To investigate effect of topical use sufentanil on half effective concentration of ropivacaine in thoracic paravertebral nerve block.Methods The paper chose 70 patients with radical mastectomy in our hospital from February 2019 to August 2020,and divided them into 2 groups,35 cases in each group.During the period,reference group was treated with 20ml ropivacaine for nerve block medication,and experimental group with 0.6μ20ml of g/ml mixture of ropivacaine and sufentanil.EC_(50) and 95%CI of ropivacaine was calculated.Results Adverse reactions incidence was 5.71%in reference group and 8.57%in experimental group,with no significant difference between two groups(P>0.05).EC_(50) of reference group was 0.41%,and 95%CI was 0.39%~0.43%;EC_(50) of experimental group was 0.33%,95%CI was 0.31%~0.35%.Conclusion Topical use of compound sufentanil 0.6μG/ml can reduce EC_(50) of ropivacaine paravertebral nerve block in clinical practice significantly.
