药敷脐剂治疗肠激惹综合征临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察中药敷脐剂治疗肠激惹综合征的临床疗效。方法将62例肠激惹综合征患者随机分为对照组和治疗组,各31例。对照组采取对症治疗,治疗组采用多种中药加工所得的中药敷脐剂治疗,疗程均为14天,观察两组患者症状、体征及不良反应。结果两组均未发生明显不良反应。便秘型患者3个月内复发率比较:对照组患者6例,复发率100%;治疗组患者7例,复发率14.28%(P<0.05);腹泻型患者大便频率改变比较:对照组25例,治疗前(5.31±2.34)次/天,治疗后(3.34±1.63)次/天;治疗组24例,治疗前(5.54±1.94)次/天,治疗后(1.86±1.43)次/天(P<0.05);腹泻型患者治疗后3个月内复发率比较:对照组76.00%,治疗组41.67%(P<0.05)。结论中药敷脐剂对肠激惹综合征有显著疗效。Objective To observe clinical effect of traditional Chinese medicine umbilical application on irritable bowel syndrome.Methods The paper chose 62 patients with irritable bowel syndrome,and divided them into control group and treatment group randomly,with 31 cases in each group.Control group was treated with symptomatic treatment,and treatment group with umbilical application of a variety of traditional Chinese medicine.Treatment course was 14 days.Symptoms,signs and adverse reactions between two groups were observed.Results There were no obvious adverse reactions in both groups.Comparison of recurrence rate of constipation patients within 3 months:there were 6 patients in control group,with recurrence rate of 100%.There were 7 patients in treatment group,with recurrence rate of 14.28%,P<0.01;Comparison of stool frequency of diarrhea patients:25 cases in control group,(5.31±2.34)times/day before treatment and(3.34±1.63)times/day after treatment;24 cases in treatment group,(5.54±1.94)times/day before treatment and(1.86±1.43)times/day after treatment,P<0.05;recurrence rate of diarrhea patients within 3 months after treatment:76.00%in control group and 41.67%in treatment group,P<0.05.Conclusion Traditional Chinese medicine umbilicus application can achieve significant effect on irritable bowel syndrome.
