品管圈在降低住院精神病人跌倒坠床率的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨品管圈活动对降低住院精神病人跌倒、坠床率的应用效果。方法组建品管圈,通过对患者跌倒、坠床原因进行分析,实施防跌倒、坠床措施,比较开展品管圈活动前后住院患者跌倒、坠床发生率情况。结果开展品管圈活动后心身科住院精神病人的跌倒、坠床率由原来0.1‰降低至0.03‰,与开展活动前比较明显降低(P<0.05),达到预期目标。结论开展品管圈活动能有效地减少住院精神病人跌倒、坠床发生。Objective To explore application effect of quality control circle activities on reducing fall and bed fall rate of hospitalized psychiatric patients.Methods The paper established quality control circle,and analyzed causes of falls and bed falls of patients,carried on measures to prevent them,and compared fall and bed fall rate of inpatients before and after the activity.Results After quality control circle activity,fall and bed fall rate of psychiatric inpatients in psychosomatic department decreased from 0.1‰to 0.03‰,significantly lower than before,which achieved the desired goal.(P<0.05).Conclusion Carrying out quality control circle activities can reduce fall and bed fall rate of hospitalized psychiatric patients effectively.
