摘　　要：目的分析膝关节前交叉韧带重建术后移植体松弛原因与实施的护理情况。方法挑选我院收入的膝关节前交叉韧带重建术患者10例为分析目标,时间为2018年11月~2019年12月。通过回顾性分析的形式统计出患者术后移植体松弛具体原因,且于关节镜之下完成处理加以护理干预。结果患者的膝关节功能得到了有效的改善与恢复。结论致使膝关节前交叉韧带重建术后移植体松弛原因有很多,移植体来源问题和固定效果以及术后粘连情况相对来讲十分的常见,有必要通过护理干预的方式改善患者术后结局。Objective To analyze causes and nursing of graft relaxation after anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction of knee joint.Methods The paper chose 10 patients with anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction of knee joint in our hospital from November 2018 to December 2019 as analysis targets,reviewed and analyzed specific causes of postoperative graft relaxation with statistical form,treated with nursing intervention after arthroscopy.Results Knee function of patients was effectively improved and restored.Conclusion There are many reasons for graft relaxation after anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction of knee joint,graft source,fixation effect and postoperative adhesion is relatively common,and it is necessary to improve postoperative outcome of patients through nursing intervention.
