摘　　要：目的探究支气管镜介入冷冻治疗和高频电治疗对恶性气道狭窄伴发呼吸困难患者的预后和炎症因子指标的影响。方法选择2018年1月-2020年1月来我院就诊的70例恶性气道狭窄伴发呼吸困难的患者作为研究对象,随机平均分为两组,观察组患者进行化疗联合支气管镜介入冷冻治疗和高频电治疗,对照组患者进行常规化疗治疗。在治疗结束后统计观察组和对照组总体治疗有效率、炎症因子水平及并发症发生情况。结果观察组总体治疗有效率高于对照组,P<0.05;观察组炎症因子水平低于对照组,P<0.05;观察组并发症发生率低于对照组,P<0.05。结论化疗联合支气管镜介入冷冻治疗和高频电治疗可以使恶性气道狭窄伴发呼吸困难患者获得更好的治疗效果,能够比较明显地降低患者的炎症因子水平,也能减少患者术后并发症的发生率,具有重要的临床意义,建议广泛推广应用。Objective To investigate the effect of bronchoscopy interventional cryotherapy and high frequency electrical therapy on prognosis and inflammatory factor index of patients with malignant airway stenosis with dyspnea.Methods 70 patients with malignant airway stenosis with dyspnea from January 2018 to january2020 were selected as the subjects of this study.The average 70 patients were divided into observation group and control group by random digital table method,each group was 35 cases.The observation group patients were treated with chemotherapy combined with bronchoscopy interventional cryotherapy and high frequency electrical treatment,while the control group were treated with routine chemotherapy.After the treatment,the statistical observation group and the control group were generally treated with efficient,inflammatory factors and complications.Results The overall effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05);The level of inflammatory factors in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05);The incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Chemotherapy combined with bronchoscopy interventional cryotherapy and high frequency electrical treatment can make patients with malignant stenosis and dyspnea get better treatment effect,can significantly reduce the level of inflammatory factors,but also reduce the incidence of postoperative complications.It is of great clinical significance,and it is suggested to be widely used.
