利拉鲁肽联合二甲双胍治疗2型糖尿病合并冠心病的临床评价

摘　　要：目的探究在2型糖尿病合并冠心病治疗中应用利拉鲁肽联合二甲双胍治疗方法所取得的临床治疗效果。方法选取2019年1月-2020年12月收治的120例2型糖尿病合并冠心病患者,随机分组法,每组60例。二甲双胍治疗法用于对照组,利拉鲁肽联合二甲双胍治疗法用于观察组。观察两组空腹血糖及餐后2h血糖指标、心功能指标、空腹、餐后2h胰岛素及C肽水平、临床治疗有效率。结果治疗前两组空腹血糖及餐后2h血糖指标对比无差异(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组空腹血糖及餐后2h血糖指标均低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组心功能指标对比无差异(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组LVEDD指标低于对照组,E/A、LVEF指标高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组空腹C肽、餐后2hC肽、空腹胰岛素、餐后2h胰岛素水平对比无差异(P>0.05);观察组空腹C肽、餐后2hC肽、空腹胰岛素、餐后2h胰岛素水平高于对照组(P<0.05)。临床治疗有效率观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在2型糖尿病合并冠心病治疗中应用利拉鲁肽联合二甲双胍治疗方法,有助于降低患者的血糖水平,改善心功能,优化胰岛素及C肽水平,提升疾病临床治疗效果。Objective To explore the clinical effect of lialupin and metformin in the treatment of type 2 diabetes with coronary heart disease.Methods From January 2019 to December 2020,120 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus combined with coronary heart disease were randomized,with 60 patients in each group.Metformin treatment was used in the control group and ritallutide combined with metformin was used in the observational group.To observed the two groups of fasting blood glucose and postprandial 2h blood glucose index,cardiac function index,fasting and postprandial 2h insulin and C peptide levels,and effective clinical treatment.Results There was no difference between fasting blood glucose and 2h glucose index between the two groups(P>0.05);After treatment,fasting glucose were lower than the control group(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no difference between cardiac function indicators between the two groups(P>0.05);after treatment,the observation group LVEDD index was lower than the control group and the E/A,LVEF index was higher than the control group(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no difference in fasting C peptide,postprandial 2hC peptide,fasting insulin and postprandial 2h insulin levels(P>0.05)in the observation groups;fasting C peptide,postprandial 2hC peptide,fasting insulin,postprandial 2h insulin levels were higher than in the control group(P<0.05).Clinical treatment was efficiently observed higher than controls(P<0.05).Conclusion The treatment of ralupin and metformin in type 2 diabetes with coronary heart disease helps to reduce the blood sugar level,improve cardiac function,optimize insulin and C peptide levels,and improve the clinical treatment effect of disease.
