摘　　要：目的分析优质护理在巩膜外加压术治疗视网膜脱离中的应用效果。方法收集在我院行巩膜外加压术治疗的视网膜脱离患者临床资料,基于特定时间段内(2017年1月-2020年3月)对其进行选取(70例)作为研究对象,将其信息输入Excel系统,按照编号的单双数分为2组(各35例),其中35例单数者实施常规护理,作为对照组,35例双数者实施优质护理,作为观察组,以SPSS 20.0作为统计学工具,比较两组患者护理效果。结果干预后,观察组视力恢复情况显著优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组健康知识知晓评分、生活质量评分及满意度均显著高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组并发症发生率显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在巩膜外加压术治疗视网膜脱离中应用优质护理,可明显提高患者视力水平,丰富其健康知识掌握情况,降低并发症的发生,改善生活质量,构建和谐的护患关系。Objective To analyze the effect of high-quality nursing in the treatment of retinal detachment with extrascleral compression.Methods Collect the clinical data of patients with retinal detachment who underwent extrascleral compression in our hospital,select them(70 cases)based on a specific time period(January 2017-March 2020)as the research object,and take them The information was input into the Excel system and divided into 2 groups(35 cases each)according to the odd and even numbers of the serial numbers.Among them,35 cases in odd and even numbers were given routine care as a control group,and 35 cases in even numbers were given high-quality care as an observation group,with SPSS20.0 is used as a statistical tool to compare the care effects of the two groups of patients.Results After the intervention,the vision recovery of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05);the health knowledge awareness score,quality of life score and satisfaction of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05);complications:observation The group(2.86%)was significantly lower than the control group(17.14%)(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of high-quality nursing care in the treatment of retinal detachment with extrascleral compression can significantly improve patients'vision,enrich their health knowledge,reduce complications,improve quality of life,and build a harmonious nurse-patient relationship.
