摘 要:将Nb_(2)O_(5)和溶胶-凝胶法制得的ZnO经固相煅烧合成法制备出Nb掺杂ZnO作为光催化剂。分别考察了铌掺杂ZnO降解时长、煅烧时间、煅烧温度以及罗丹明B溶液的质量浓度对紫外光的催化效果。研究结果表明,当实验过程中铌的掺杂量为0.5%,降解时长为180 min,煅烧时间为6 h,煅烧温度为400℃时其对罗丹明B(200 mL,10 mg/L)溶液的光催化效果最好。并对Nb最佳掺杂量的ZnO颗粒进行了傅里叶红外光谱表征,高分辨扫描电镜图表征,带隙能分析,拉曼光谱仪表征,X射线光电子能谱表征,分析铌掺杂ZnO催化剂颗粒的光降解效率。Firstly,ZnO was prepared by using Nb_(2)O_(5) and sol-gel method,then Nb-doped ZnO was obtained by solid-phase calcination synthesis and used as photocatalyst.The catalytic effect of the degradation time,calcination time,calcination temperature and the mass concentration of rhodamine B solution on ultraviolet light were analyzed.The results showed that the photocatalytic effect of Nb-doped ZnO on rhodamine B(200 mL,10 mg/L)solution was the best when the doping amount of niobium was 0.5%,degradation time was 180 min,calcination time was 6 h,calcination temperature was 400℃.The Nb-doped ZnO with the optimal doping amount of Nb were characterized by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy,high-resolution scanning electron microscopy,band gap energy analysis,raman spectroscopy and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy,and the photodegradation efficiency of Nb-doped ZnO catalyst particles was analyzed.
