摘  要:聚丙烯酸酯水泥防水涂料是由液料(聚丙烯酸酯乳液及助剂)和粉料(水泥、无机填料及助剂)搅拌混合涂抹而成的聚合物水泥防水涂料。通过涂料产品的涂膜吸水率和涂膜的成膜性对单体的用量进行了分析,对丙烯酸酯乳液稳定性、乳化剂的种类和阴离子型与非离子型乳化剂的比例、功能单体的使用量进行优化,确定最佳用量。结果表明,非离子乳化剂与阴离子乳化剂的用量比为2∶1、丙烯酸质量分数为1.5%、聚灰比为0.9时,涂料产品的拉伸强度在2.02 MPa时,断裂伸长率达272%,满足一般工程使用的要求。Polyacrylate cement waterproof coating is a polymer cement waterproof coating formed by stirring and mixing liquid materials(polyacrylate emulsion and additives)and powder materials(cement,inorganic fillers and additives).The dosage of monomers was analyzed according to the water absorption rate of the coating film and the film-forming property of the coating product.The stability of the acrylate emulsion,the type of emulsifier,the ratio of anionic and nonionic emulsifiers,and the amount of functional monomers were analyzed.The amount of monomer used is optimized to determine the optimal amount.The results show that when the dosage ratio of nonionic emulsifier to anionic emulsifier is 2∶1,the addition amount of acrylic acid is 1.5%,and the poly-ash ratio is 0.9,the tensile strength of the coating product is 2.02 MPa,and the elongation at break reaches 272%.The results meet the requirements of engineering.
