中西医结合治疗围绝经期综合征的效果

摘　　要：目的观察中西医结合治疗围绝经期综合征(PMS)的效果。方法将108例PMS患者随机分为研究1组(替勃龙片联合育阴丸治疗)、研究2组(替勃龙片联合育阴丸、坤宁安汤治疗)、研究3组(替勃龙片联合坤宁安汤治疗),每组36例,3组疗程均为3个月。比较3组患者治疗前后血清雌二醇、促卵泡激素(FSH)、黄体生成素(LH)、LDL、ALT、AST水平及中医证候积分、Kupperman绝经指数评分,并比较3组患者的临床疗效。结果治疗后,3组患者血清雌二醇水平升高,血清FSH、LH、AST、ALT水平均下降,并且研究2组雌二醇、FSH、LH、LDL水平优于其他两组(均P<0.05)。治疗后3组患者中医证候积分、Kupperman绝经指数评分均低于治疗前,并且研究2组各项评分均低于其他两组;研究2组的显效率高于其他两组(均P<0.05)。结论坤宁安汤、育阴丸联合替勃龙片治疗PMS临床效果好,可有效改善患者的激素水平、缓解临床症状,且不增加肝脏负担。Objective To observe the effects of integrated Traditional Chinese and Western medicine for treating perimenopausal syndrome(PMS).Methods A total of 108 PMS patients were randomly assigned to study group 1(Tibolone Tablets combined with Yuyin Pill),study group 2(Tibolone Tablets combined with Yuyin Pill and Kunningan Decoction),or study group 3(Tibolone Tablets combined with Kunningan Decoction),with 36 patients in each group,and three months represented one treatment course for all three groups.The pre-and post-treatment levels of serum estradiol,follicle-stimulating hormone(FSH),luteinizing hormone(LH),LDL,ALT,and AST,as well as the scores of Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM)symptoms and the Kupperman Menopausal Index scores were compared among the three groups;in addition,clinical efficacy was compared among the three groups.Results After treatment,serum estradiol level was increased,whereas serum levels of FSH,LH,AST,and ALT were decreased in all three groups,and the study group 2 exhibited superior levels of estradiol,FSH,LH,and LDL as compared with the other two groups(all P<0.05).After treatment,the three groups yielded lower scores of TCM symptoms and Kupperman Menopausal Index compared to the pre-treatment,and the study group 2 interpreted lower scores mentioned above as compared with the other two groups;the marked response rate was higher in the study group 2 than in the other two groups(all P<0.05).Conclusion Kunningan Decoction,Yuyin Pill combined with Tibolone Tablets exerts a favorable clinical efficacy for treating PMS,which can effectively improve patients′hormone levels,ameliorate the clinical symptoms,and does not increase the liver burden.
