朱琏针刺选穴规律和特点的数据挖掘分析

摘　　要：目的基于数据挖掘探讨八桂针灸名家朱琏的针刺选穴规律及特点。方法按纳入、排除标准录入《新针灸学》的针刺处方,建立数据库,应用频次和频率分析、关联规则及聚类分析等数据挖掘方法对朱琏针刺的选穴规律及特点进行总结。结果共纳入165条针刺处方,涉及腧穴数302个,使用总频次达2051次。足三里、三阴交、风池、肾俞、合谷为朱琏针刺最常用的腧穴。特定穴类型以交会穴、五输穴、背俞穴、下合穴选用最多。所属经脉主要有足太阳膀胱经、足阳明胃经及足少阳胆经。选穴部位多涉及背腰、四肢部。关联规则分析共得到强关联规则26条,包括天柱=>风池、三阴交=>足三里等。聚类分析得到8个聚类群:(1)足三里;(2)三阴交、风池;(3)肾俞、合谷;(4)大肠俞;(5)天柱、曲池;(6)大椎、手三里、肩井;(7)三焦俞、肝俞、气海俞、肩外俞;(8)关元、肩中俞、命门、身柱、膈俞。结论朱琏取穴灵活,循经与局部取穴相配合,补脾胃与调肝肾并重,兼以调畅三焦及脏腑气机,注重疏通阳气、健脑活络,以激发大脑中枢对神经系统的调控,从而达到治愈疾病的目的。Objective To explore the rules and characteristics of acupuncture acupoints selection by Zhu Lian,a famous Bagui acupuncturist,based on data mining.Methods According to the inclusion and exclusion criteria,the acupuncture prescriptions in New Science of Acupuncture and Moxibustion were input to establish a database.The rules and characteristics of acupoints selection in Zhu Lian′s acupuncture using the data mining methods such as frequency analysis,association rules analysis,and cluster analysis.Results A total of 165 acupuncture prescriptions were enrolled,involving acupoints in number of 302,and the total frequency of usage reached 2051.The most frequently used acupoints of Zhu Lian′s acupuncture were Zusanli(S36),Sanyinjiao(SP6),Fengchi(G20),Shenshu(B23),and Hegu(LI4).The most commonly selected specific acupoints were confluent acupoint,five-Shu point,back-Shu point,and lower-He-sea point.The main involved meridians were the bladder meridian of foot-Taiyang,the stomach meridian of foot-Yangming,and the gallbladder meridian of foot-Shaoyang.The locations of the acupoints selected mostly involved back and waist,and limbs.The association rules analysis obtained a total of 26 strong association rules,including Tianzhu(B10)=>Fengchi(G20),Sanyinjiao(SP6)=>Zusanli(S36).Eight cluster groups were accessed by the cluster analysis,including(1)Zusanli(S36),(2)Sanyinjiao(SP6)and Fengchi(G20),(3)Shenshu(B23)and Hegu(LI4),(4)Dachangshu(B25),(5)Tianzhu(B10)and Quchi(LI11),(6)Dazhui(GV14),Shousanli(LI10)and Jianjing(G21),(7)Sanjiaoshu(B22),Ganshu(B18),Qihaishu(B24)and Jianwaishu(SI14),(8)Guanyuan(B26),Jianzhongshu(SI15),Mingmen(GV4),Shenzhu(GV12)and Geshu(B17).Conclusion Acupoints selection in Zhu Lian′s acupuncture is flexible,combining the meridian and local acupoints selection,placing equal emphasis on tonifying spleen and stomach and regulating liver and kidney;simultaneously,it regulates qi movement of Sanjiao and Zang-fu viscera,focuses on promoting the spread of Yangqi,strengthens the brain and activates collatera
