摘　　要：马克思信用理论是马克思主义政治经济学的重要组成部分,其具有经济性和伦理性的双重维度。经济性主要体现为:信用现代生成的历史必然、信用内在本质的深层掩盖以及信用效应的历史动力;伦理性伴随经济性主要内含于马克思对资本主义生产关系内涵的揭示过程,其以经济关系的分析为关键呈现途径,在历史发展视域中始终保留伦理指向。信用的双重维度密不可分,最终统一于历史的推进过程。信用双重维度构织现代信用的丰富内涵,启示信用建设的整体思路,信用的经济维度的工具性存在及伦理维度的价值性存在分别对硬规约的信用制度建设和软约束的信用文化建设提出要求,社会主义信用经济的推进要求信用双重维度的现实统一。梳理马克思信用理论,重申信用的双重维度,不仅有助于深化对马克思信用理论的理解,而且对新时代更好应对信用风险,提升中国特色社会主义市场经济建设的信心具有重要意义。Marx’s credit theory is an important part of Marxist political economy,which has the dual dimensions of economy and ethics.The economic dimension is mainly reflected in the historical necessity of the modern generation of credit,the deep cover of the intrinsic nature of credit and the historical dynamics of credit effects.The ethical dimension,accompanying the economic dimension,is mainly embedded in the process of Marx’s revelation of the connotation of capitalist relations of production,which takes the analysis of economic relations as the key way of presentation and always retains the ethical element in the historical development perspective.The dual dimensions of credit are inextricably linked and ultimately unified in the process of historical advancement.They constitute the rich connotation of modern credit and provide inspirations for the overall idea of credit construction.The economic dimension of credit,with its instrumental existence,and the ethical dimension,with its value existence,demand the construction of a hard credit system and a soft credit culture,respectively,and the promotion of a socialist credit economy requires the unification of these two dimensions.It not only helps deepen the understanding of Marx’s credit theory,but also is of great significance to better cope with credit risks in the new era and enhance the confidence in the construction of socialist market economy with Chinese characteristics to comb Marx’s credit theory and reaffirm the dual dimensions of credit.
