摘　　要：基于我国地方政府经济和财政数据的现状,引入可持续发展理念的ESG评级指标,采用Pearson分析和熵权法相结合的方式,探讨地方政府ESG信用评级体系的构建与实现路径,并运用因子传分析进行稳健性检验,提出当前地方政府的信用评级要符合当前推动构建人类命运共同体的责任担当和实现可持续发展的“双碳”目标。Based on the current situation of economic and financial data of local governments in China,this article introduces the ESG rating index of sustainable development,and employs the combination of Pearson analysis and entropy method to explore the construction and realization path of ESG credit rating system of local governments.It argues that the credit rating of local governments should be in consistent with the responsibility of promoting the building of a community with a shared future for mankind and the achievement of the“net-zero carbon emission”goal of sustainable development.
