摘　　要：为贯彻落实习近平总书记考察安徽农村重要讲话指示精神,2019年,安徽省委组织部牵头在全省16个县选点开展了党建引领信用村建设工作。选点工作以信用为切入口,从农村经济主体出发,通过数据赋能健全农村信用信息数据平台,普惠金融支持农村产业发展,信用结果运用提升信用户获得感,乡风文明评议增强基层党组织组织力,形成了信用体系建设和农村社会治理良性互动循环。针对实践中制度设计、数据归集采集、服务平台建设等方面存在的问题,提出进一步完善相关制度、优化专题数据库、优化评价指标和平台、鼓励引导更多机构积极参与等政策建议,以利于党建引领信用村建设工作全面推广。In order to implement the spirit of General Secretary Xi Jinping’s important speech on inspecting rural areas in Anhui,in 2019,the Organization Department of the Provincial Party Committee carried out the construction of party building leading credit villages in 16 counties in the province.Targeted measures have been taken in the work and have achieved remarkable results:such as taking credit as the entry point,starting from the rural economic entities,improving the rural credit information data platform through data empowerment,supporting the development of rural industries by inclusive finance,using credit results to enhance the credit users’sense of gain,and strengthening the organizational power of grass-roots party through the evaluation of rural customs,and forming a positive interactive cycle of credit system construction and rural social governance.In view of the problems existing in system design,data acquisition and collection,service platform construction and other aspects in practice,this paper puts forward some policy suggestions,such as further improving relevant systems,optimizing special database,optimizing evaluation indicators and platform,encouraging and guiding more institutions to take active participation,so as to facilitate the the construction of credit village led by Party construction in an all-around way.
