摘 要:本文结合白银公司铅锌厂熔铸车间发展、扩建和改造的生产实践,介绍了锌熔铸生产线由人工操作、引进自动化的码锭机器人和全自动打捆设备、智能设备尝试的发展路程,装备水平提高、用工人员减少,设备代替人工解决了重复性繁重体力劳动、恶劣工作环境问题,生产效率得到提升。随着科技进步、网络信息化的飞速发展,从锌熔铸生产线整体性的智能化、数字化方面提出了设想,对未来的“数字化车间”和“智慧工厂”作出展望。Based on the production practice of the development,expansion and transformation of the Pb-Zn casting workshop of Baiyin Nonferrous Group Co.,Ltd,this paper introduces the development path of the zinc melting and casting production line from manual operation,to the introduction of automatic ingot stacking robots,automatic bundling equipment,and intelligent equipment.The level of equipment has been improved and the number of labors has been reduced.The equipment has replaced labor,which solves the issues of repetitive and heavy physical labor and harsh working environment,and improves the production efficiency.With the progress of science and technology and the rapid development of network information,the ideas of the overall intelligence and digitization of zinc melting and casting production lines have been put forward,and“digital workshop”and“smart plant”in the future are envisioned.
