摘 要:为探索热轧卷筒弹簧设计和使用情况,利用Solidworks建立数学模型,再基于ANSYS Workbench有限元分析,通过分析得出:在同等参数条件下,增加弹簧截面尺寸时,弹簧的最大变形量随之明显减少。但增加到一定极限后,弹簧的最大变形量几乎没有变化。在同等参数条件下,增加弹簧截面尺寸时,弹簧承受的最大等效应力仅在一定区间内随弹簧钢丝直径的增加而减少,当超过极限设计值后,最大等效应力随之增加。通过综合分析,弹簧直径选择14 mm,与实际相吻合。To explore the design and use of hot-rolled coil springs,a mathematical model was established by using Solidworks,and based on the finite element analysis of ANSYS Workbench,it was concluded that:with the same parameters,when the cross-sectional size of the spring increases,the maximum de-formation of the spring will have obvious decrease accordingly.However,when the cross-sectional size in-creases to a certain limit,the maximum deformation of the spring hardly changes.Under the conditions of same parameters,when the cross-sectional size of the spring is increased,the maximum equivalent stress of the spring only decreases with the increase of the diameter of the spring wire within a certain range.When the limit design value is exceeded,the maximum equivalent stress increases accordingly.Through comprehensive analysis,the spring diameter is selected to be 14mm,which is consistent with the actual scenario.
