摘 要:目的观察蓝色日光灯管箱与高亮度蓝色LED灯箱照射治疗新生儿黄疸的疗效。方法选取2019年5月至2020年12月商丘市第一人民医院诊治的116例新生儿黄疸患儿进行研究,采用简单随机分组法分为对照组(58例)和观察组(58例),两组患儿均采用常规药物治疗,在此基础上对照组采用蓝色日光灯管箱照射治疗,观察组采用高亮度蓝色LED灯箱照射治疗。比较两组患儿的治疗效果、黄疸完全消失时间、大便颜色恢复正常时间、胆红素日均下降值,同时分析两种照射治疗方法的不良反应情况。结果观察组患儿的治疗总有效率为94.83%,与对照组患儿的89.66%比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组患儿的黄疸完全消失时间、大便颜色恢复正常时间短于对照组(P<0.05),胆红素日均下降值高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患儿不良反应总发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论两种蓝光治疗方式均对新生儿黄疸患儿有良好疗效,但高亮度蓝色LED灯箱照射治疗可明显缩短黄疸消失和大便颜色恢复正常时间,加快胆红素水平下降,降低不良反应发生率。【Objective】To observe the curative effect of irradiation with blue fluorescent tube box and high-brightness blue LED light box on neonatal jaundice.【Methods】A total of 116 neonates with jaundice treated in the hospital were enrolled between May 2019 and December 2020.According to simple random grouping method,they were divided into control group(58 cases)and observation group(58 cases).All were treated with routine drugs.On this basis,control group was given blue fluorescent tube box,while observation group was given high-brightness blue LED light box for irradiation.The curative effect,complete disappearance time of jaundice,recovery time of normal stool color and the average daily decline of bilirubin were compared between the two groups.The adverse reactions in both groups were analyzed.【Results】The difference in total response rate of treatment between observation group and control group was not statistically significant(94.83%vs.89.66%)(P>0.05).The complete disappearance time of jaundice and recovery time of normal stool color in observation group were significantly shorter than those in control group(P<0.05),and the average daily decline of bilirubin was significantly higher than that in control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions in observation group was significantly lower than that in control group(P<0.05).【Conclusion】The curative effect of both the two blue light treatment methods is good on jaundice neonates.However,irradiation with high-brightness blue LED light box can significantly shorten disappearance time of jaundice and recovery time of normal stool color,accelerate the decline of bilirubin level and reduce the incidence of adverse reactions.
