摘 要:以提高金属表面的防腐蚀性能为目的,通过在金属表面硅烷膜中引入MXene纳米颗粒进行杂化,制备了具有超疏水和抗菌功能的金属表面防护涂层。通过HCl化学刻蚀对铝合金表面进行处理,获得粗糙的多孔隙表面结构;将氟代硅烷分子和MXene的混合溶液旋涂于上述铝合金表面,形成一层MXene杂化的硅烷膜。表面粗糙结构和低表面能硅烷分子的存在使得金属表面对水的接触角大于150°,具有超疏水性能;而表面杂化膜中引入的MXene可以在光照条件下产生单线态氧对细菌进行杀伤,具有优良的抗菌性能。因此,该涂层不仅可以通过低表面能硅烷膜和粗糙表面捕获的空气层对腐蚀液体进行双重阻隔,不仅提高铝合金表面对化学腐蚀的防护性能,而且可以通过对细菌的高效杀伤提高表面对生物腐蚀的防护性能。In order to improve the corrosion resistance of metal surface,a protective metal surface coating with superhydrophobic and antibacterial functions is prepared by introducing MXene nanoparticles into the surface silane film for hybridization.Firstly,the aluminum alloy surface is treated by HCl chemical etching to obtain a rough porous surface structure.Then,the fluorosilane/MXene mixed solution is spin-coated on the aluminum alloy surface to form a layer of MXene-hybridized silane film.On one hand,the rough surface with low surface energy produces water contact angle of larger than 150o,which showed superhydrophobicity.On the other hand,the MXene hybridized in the surface membrane can produce singlet oxygen under light,which can kill bacteria and have excellent antibacterial properties.Therefore,the coating can not only block the corrosive liquid through the low surface energy silane film and the air layer captured by the rough surface so as to greatly improve the protection performance against chemical corrosion,but also improve the protection performance of the surface against biological corrosion through the efficient bacteria killing.
