摘　　要：高校实验室开放共享是充分利用实验室资源,提高设备资源的使用效率,改革实验室管理方式的一项重要措施,也是目前实验室管理者积极探索的一个课题。现结合湖南农业大学的实际,介绍共享平台建设的目标、建设思路、建设历程,阐述了存在的现实问题,并通过落实完善管理机制、构建考评奖惩体系、充分利用信息化手段、加强队伍建设等对策路径的实践尝试,有效地促进了仪器资源的开放、共享和可持续性发展,为教学、科研和社会需要服务。可以为新农科建设背景下高校的大型仪器共享管理提供借鉴和参考。The opening and sharing for the college laboratory is an important measure to make full use of the existing laboratory resources.It is a measurement to improve the efficiency of the use of experimental equipment,and reform the management of the laboratory.It is also a topic that the laboratory managers actively explore.In this paper,combining the reality of school,this paper introduces the target,the construction idea of the construction of sharing platform,the construction process of authors’unversity.This paper expounds the realistic problems,and through the implementation of the perfect management mechanism,to construct assessment rewards and punishment system,make full use of information technology means,strengthen team construction and so on.It effectively promotes the open,sharing and sustainable development of instrument resources to serve teaching,scientific research and social needs.It may provide reference for sharing management of large instruments in universities under the background of new agricultural science construction.
