摘 要:高校教学实验室因使用频率高、人员流动性大、危险化学品数量多等因素在危险化学品管理上存在较大的安全风险。实验中心对下设教学实验室危险化学品采用了集中管理模式,从基础条件建设、采购审批、存储管理、日常使用、废弃物回收5个方面严格落实危险化学品闭环安全管理。集中管理危险化学品可以避免化学品超量采购、过期存储,结合RFID与二维码技术可对危险化学品实现全流程的精准掌握、动态监管,确保了实验教学活动有序进行,保障了师生的生命财产安全。Due to the high use frequency, large staff mobility and large storage quantity, the management of hazardous chemicals in university teaching laboratory has great safety risks. The experimental center carries out centralized management of hazardous chemicals, and strictly implemented the closed-loop management of hazardous chemicals in five aspects: basic condition construction, purchasing approval, storage management, daily use management and waste recovery. Centralized management can avoid excessive purchase and overdue storage of hazardous chemicals. Within RFID and two-dimensional code technology, the whole process of hazardous chemicals can be accurately mastered and dynamically supervised, which ensures the orderly conduct of experimental teaching activities and guarantees the safety of teachers’ and students’ life and property.
