摘　　要：本文通过调查河北省科技成果转化的现状和存在问题,借鉴国内科技成果转化的典型案例,立足创新型河北建设的现实需要,提出了搭建校企合作平台,建立中试基地和校办科技产业,出台科技成果转化的利好政策,定期组织“高校专家企业行”活动,完善科技成果转化的中介服务环节,加大高校和科研院所科技成果转化工作的支持力度等对策建议。By investigating the current status and existing problems of the transformation of S&T achievements in Hebei Province,drawing on the typical cases of transformation of S&T achievements in China,and based on the practical needs of the innovation-oriented construction of Hebei,this paper proposes suggestions to build a school-enterprise cooperation platform,establish pilot bases and schoolrun S&T industries,introduce favorable policies for the transformation of S&T achievements,regularly organize“University Experts’Enterprises Line”activities,improve the intermediary service links for the transformation of S&T achievements,and strengthen the support for the transformation of S&T achievements in universities and research institutes.
