摘　　要：近年来随着高校研究生招生规模不断扩大,研究生就业问题日益凸显。本文以新疆农业大学水利与土木工程学院为例,以统计图表的形式对近五年的毕业研究生就业基本情况数据进行了统计,并梳理数据背后的就业心理、就业环境等原因,从社会、高校和研究生三个层面分析了近几年研究生就业存在的问题,提出了提升研究生就业质量的对策和建议,以期推进边疆高校工科研究生教育高质量发展。Colleges and universities shoulder the important mission of high-level talent training and scientific research innovation.In recent years,with the continuous expansion of the enrollment scale of postgraduates,the employment problem of postgraduates has become increasingly prominent.Taking the College of Water Conservancy and Civil Engineering of Xinjiang Agricultural University as an example,this paper intends to examine the problems and causes of graduates employment from various aspects based on the statistics in the past five years,and propose countermeasures and suggestions to improve the employment quality of engineering graduates in frontier universities according to the overall employment status,aiming to provide reference for promoting the high-quality development of postgraduate education in frontier universities.
