低氧组训模式对消防官兵体能的影响研究

摘  要:如何周期性地安排消防官兵的体能训练,并在较短时间内快速提升消防官兵的体能储备能力,是新体能训练计划制订的核心内容及主要任务。对于消防官兵而言,必须通过有效的科学训练手段和制订科学的体能训练,逐步培养其正确的动作模式与训练观念,提高其训练效率和身体机能。该文从这一视角出发,探究低氧组训模式对消防官兵体能促进的研究,试图探究创新训练模式。The core content and main task of the new physical training plan is how to arrange the physical training periodically and improve the physical reserve ability of the firefighters in a short time.For fire fighters,they must gradually cultivate their correct movement mode and training concept through effective scientific training means and planned physical training,so as to improve their training efficiency and physical function.From this perspective,this paper explores the effect of hypoxia group training mode on the physical fitness of fire officers and soldiers,and tries to explore new innovative training modes.
