健美操专项大学生节奏感知的特点

摘  要:目的:探究健美操运动员节奏感知的特点。方法:采用随机抽样的方式,抽取扬州大学体育学院16名健美操专项以及16名非健美操专项学生,采用感知运动同步实验任务以及《国际体力活动问卷》进行研究。结果:对实验结果进行独立样本t检验发现,在平均反应时间差指标上,在200ms、300ms、400ms、600ms的时间间隔下,健美操专项大学生显著低于对照组,在800ms的时间间隔下,健美操专项大学生显著高于对照组。在平均反应时差的标准差上,在200ms的时间间隔下,健美操专项大学生显著高于对照组,在500ms~800ms的时间间隔下,健美操专项大学生显著低于对照组。在反应的失误次数上,两组被试不存在显著差异。结论:通过系统性的训练,健美操专项大学生在感知运动同步任务上的成绩优于对照组,表现出了比非健美操专项大学生更优的节奏感知能力。Objective:To find the characteristics of rhythmic perception of Aerobics athletes.Methods:A random sample of 16 aerobics students and 16 non aerobics students in College of Physical Education of Yangzhou University were studied by using the perceptual movement synchronization experimental task and the International Physical Activity Questionnaire.Results:Independent sample t-test was carried out on the experimental results.It was found that the Aerobics special college students were significantly lower than the control group at the time interval of 200ms,300ms,400ms and 600ms,and the Aerobics special college students were significantly higher than the control group at the time interval of 800ms.On the standard deviation of the average time difference of reaction,aerobics students are significantly higher than the control group at the time interval of 200ms,and aerobics students are significantly lower than the control group at the time interval of 500ms~800ms.There was no significant difference in the number of errors between the two groups.Conclusion:Aerobics special college students'performance in the task of perceptual movement synchronization is better than that of the control group,showing a better rhythm perception ability than non Aerobics special college students.
