摘 要:体外冲击波作为一种非侵入式的物理因子治疗法,具有操作简单、无辐射、治疗效果显著等优点,但目前在肌肉骨骼损伤康复方面的应用仍然缺乏较强的证据支持。目的:希望为临床治疗师在康复治疗过程中提供冲击波针对肌腱、关节囊损伤的相关证据,以指导康复治疗,为患者提供最优的康复治疗方案。方法:使用“冲击波”“体外冲击波”“shock wave”“extracorporeal shock wave therapy”“ESWT”和“康复治疗”“肌肉骨骼损伤”“运动康复”“rehabilitation”“sports exercise”“运动损伤”等关键词在中国知网、web of science、PubMed、EBSCOhost等数据库进行检索,并对检索文献进行汇总。结果:体外冲击波在治疗上肢肩关节、肘关节,下肢髋关节、膝关节及足踝部位有着较好的短期和长期治疗效果。Extracorporeal shock wave,as a non-invasive physical factor therapy,has the advantages of simple operation,no radiation and significant therapeutic effect.However,the application of extracorporeal shock wave in the rehabilitation of musculoskeletal injury is still lack of strong evidence support.Objective:To provide clinical therapists with relevant evidence of shock wave damage to tendons and joint capsules during rehabilitation treatment,so as to guide rehabilitation treatment and provide patients with the best rehabilitation treatment scheme.Methods:the keywords"shock wave""extracorporeal shock wave therapy""ESWT"and"rehabilitation therapy""musculoskeletal injury""exercise rehabilitation""rehabilitation""sports exercise"and"exercise injury"were used on the web of science,PubMed,EBSCOhost,CNKI and other databases were subject searched,and the retrieved literature was read and summarized.Results:Extracorporeal shock wave had good short-term and long-term therapeutic effects in the treatment of upper limb shoulder joint and elbow joint,and lower limb hip joint,knee joint and ankle joint.
