高职体育教学中学生体育心理素质的培养初探

摘　　要：心理素质的培养,对于高职学生的现在及未来有着积极的影响,作为直接参与学生体育训练的教师,要意识到自己的重任。在此基础上,提出调动学生参与的热情、构建科学的教学评价制度、加强对学生心理活动的关注等有效培养策略。学生体育心理素质的培养,绝非短时间内就能完成的。因此,高职体育教师需要具备较强的耐心与随机应变的能力。The cultivation of psychological quality has a positive impact on higher vocational students'present and future.As a mentor who directly participates in students'physical training,teachers should be aware of the heavy responsibility on their shoulders.On this basis,effective training strategies such as mobilizing students'enthusiasm for participation,building a scientific teaching evaluation system and strengthening the attention to students'psychological activities are put forward.The cultivation of students'physical psychological quality can not be completed in a short time.Therefore,higher vocational physical education teachers also need to have high patience and adaptability.
