摘  要:大藤峡水利枢纽工程蓄水后上游河段形成的高压水头,将在一定程度上增大盘龙铅锌矿矿坑涌水量,进而影响井下生产安全。为消除蓄水后带来的不利影响,拟在矿区东、西两侧修建2条防渗帷幕,为给正式灌浆施工提供合理的技术参数,在帷幕轴线选择适合位置进行了灌浆试验,试验结果表明:①按3 m排距、6 m孔距梅花形布置双排灌浆孔基本能够达到帷幕设计防渗标准,且在经济上合理;②在处理岩溶地区大型溶洞、宽大裂隙等特殊孔段时,水泥粘土膏浆值得推广使用;③岩溶区大孔深的悬挂式帷幕,考虑到岩溶垂向上发育的不均一性,幕底高程应进入弱透水层,且应进入弱透水层深度不小于10 m。灌浆试验结果对岩溶区大孔距、深孔帷幕灌浆设计及施工具有一定的参考价值。In the upper reaches of the Datangxia Water Control Project,the high-pressure head formed by water storage will increase the water inflow in the Panlong lead-zinc mine to a certain extent and thus affect the safety of underground production.In order to eliminate the adverse effects brought by water storage,two anti-seepage curtains are planned to be built on the east and west sides of the mine.In addition,to provide reasonable technical parameters for the actual grouting construction,this paper carries out the grouting test at a suitable position on the axis of the curtain.The test results show that:①The double-row grouting with 3 m row spacing and 6 m hole spacing can basically meet the anti-seepage standard of curtain design when arranged in a plum blossom shape;②cement clay slurry can be applied in dealing with special sections such as large karst caves and wide fissures in karst areas;③in terms of the vertical heterogeneity of karst development,the bottom elevation of hanging curtain with deep holes in karst areas should enter the aquitard,with a depth of not less than 10 m.The results of the grouting test provide a reference for the design and construction of curtain grouting with large hole spacing and deep holes in karst areas.
