摘  要:微囊藻毒素主要是由水中蓝绿藻凋亡后产生的一类常见的环肽肝脏毒素,对水生生物及人体健康具有非常大的危害性。建立准确、快速检测微囊藻毒素的方法对中国民众饮水安全非常重要。对固相萃取、色谱和质谱等条件进行优化,建立了超高效液相色谱-串联质谱同时检测水中8种微囊藻毒素(LR、RR、YR、WR、LW、LA、LF、LY)的方法。该方法检出限为0.002~0.006μg/L,定量限为0.006~0.018μg/L,加标回收率为85.3%~107.5%,相对标准偏差小于11%。该方法可为地表水中微囊藻毒素的日常检测提供技术支持。Microcystins(MCs)are a common class of hepatotoxins mainly produced upon the apoptosis of freshwater blue-green algae and are highly poisonous to human beings and aquatic life.It is of great significance to establish an accurate and rapid detection method of MCs for the safety of drinking water.Therefore,this study optimizes conditions such as solid-phase extraction,chromatography,and spectrometry and develops the simultaneous detection method of ultra-high performance liquid chromatography and tandem mass spectrometry(UPLC-MS/MS)to detect eight MCs(LR,RR,YR,WR,LW,LA,LF,and LY)in water.For this method,the limit of detection and the limit of quantitation are 0.002~0.006μg/L and 0.006~0.018μg/L,respectively;the recovery ratios are between 85.3%and 107.5%,and the relative standard deviation(RSD)is less than 11%.This method can provide technical support for the daily detection of MCs in surface water.
