摘  要:受高山峡谷地区地形条件限制,大型水电工程在泄洪消能方面大多具有“水头高、流量大、泄洪功率大”等特点,如果泄洪洞身衬砌表面不平整,存在施工缝、结构缝等缺陷,在其运行期间极易发生空蚀和冲磨破坏。依托金沙江白鹤滩水电站泄洪洞工程,提出了龙落尾边墙低坍度混凝土施工工艺,重点介绍了大洞室、陡倾角边墙低坍落度混凝土施工工艺流程及操作要点,实现了衬砌混凝土人影可鉴的镜面效果和“无缺陷、免修补、抗冲磨”目标,所取得的经验可为类似工程提供参考。Restricted by the terrain conditions in the mountains and valleys,flood discharge and energy dissipation of most large hydropower projects have the characteristics of high head,large flow,and large flood discharge power.If the lining surface of the spillway tunnel is uneven,leaving such defects as construction joints and structural joints,cavitation erosion and erosion damage can easily occur during the operation period.Based on the flood discharge tunnel project of Baihetan Hydropower Station on the Jinsha River,this paper puts forward the construction technology of low-slump concrete for Longluowei side wall,focusing on introducing the construction process and operation points of low-slump concrete used for large cavern and side wall with steep slope.The mirror effect of the lining concrete and the goal of defect-free,repair-free and anti-abrasion are realized and experience accumulated in this paper can be referenced by similar projects.
