摘 要:以解决巴塘水电站左岸高边坡预应力锚索成孔慢问题为导向,阐述了对固壁灌浆液快凝配合比缩减预应力锚索成孔时间进行的研究,在施工现场对减水剂、速凝剂、早强剂、膨胀剂进行了固壁灌浆液快凝配合比试验,得出掺加减水剂和速凝剂等固壁灌浆液可以明显降低固壁灌浆液的凝结时间的结论并付诸实施,提高了成孔率,减少了成孔时间,加快了预应力锚索支护的施工进度。Aiming at solving the problem of slow hole-formation of pre-stressed anchor cable on the high slope of the left bank of Batang Hydropower Station,this paper expounds the research on shortening hole-formation time of pre-stressed anchor cable through adjusting mix ratio of fast setting consolidation grout.Fast-setting mixing ratio test of the consolidation grouting liquid is carried out on water-reducing admixture,accelerator,early-strengthen and expansion agent at the construction site.The test shows that by adding such admixtures as accelerator and early-strength agent,etc.,setting time of consolidation grout can be significantly reduced.This application is proven to improve hole-formation rate,reduce hole-formation time and accelerate the construction progress of pre-stressed anchor cable.
