摘  要:针对圆柱齿轮减速器机械间隙影响因素及设计计算方法进行了研究,统计分析了多种直接或间接影响圆柱齿轮减速器机械间隙的因素,研究了包括材料、温度、齿轮侧隙、轴承游隙等因素在理论上对机械间隙影响趋势,并建立了相关数学模型,得到了计算减速器机械间隙的函数,可有效地运用于圆柱齿轮减速器设计中机械间隙的确定。In this paper,the influencing factors and design calculation methods of the mechanical clearance of the cylindrical gear reducer are studied,and a variety of factors that directly or indirectly affect the mechanical clearance of the cylindrical gear reducer are statistically analyzed.The theoretical influence trend of factors including material,temperature,gear backlash and bearing clearance on the mechanical clearance is studied,and the relevant mathematical model is established,and the function for calculating the mechanical clearance of the reducer is obtained.It can be effectively used to determine the mechanical clearance in the design of cylindrical gear reducers.
