摘 要:通过调研钻井船性能、海上平台导管架结构和海管海缆的分布,提出了自航式钻井船精就位的作业模式。自航式钻井船DP系统通过全回转推进器和艏侧推进器,可实现自动或半自动就位,大大节约了导管架的就位作业时间。经涠洲区块现场应用表明:自航式钻井船精就位时间较拖航式就位钻井船,单次精就位时间可节约16 h,节约成本约40万元。自航式钻井船可安全、优质、高效地解决钻井平台精确就位时间长、成本高的难题,对于其他海域钻井平台就位作业提供指导意义和借鉴作用。By investigating the performance of the drillship,the structure of the jacket of the offshore platform and the distribution of the submarine pipeline and submarine cables,the precise positioning operation mode of the self-propelled drillship is proposed.The DP system of the self-propelled drilling ship can achieve automatic or semi-automatic positioning through the azimuth thruster and the bow thruster,which greatly saves the time of the jacket's positioning.The field application in Weizhou block shows that the self-propelled drilling rig takes 16 hours less precise positioning than the towed drilling rig,and saves about 400,000 yuan in cost.Self-propelled drilling rigs can safely,high-quality and efficiently solve the problems of long time and high cost of accurate positioning of drilling platforms,and provide guidance and reference for the positioning of drilling platforms in other sea areas.
