摘　　要：结合中石油在某地开展的1×104 m3储罐安装工程的实际案例,分析立式储罐焊接变形种类及影响因素,并提出立式储罐焊接相应的变形控制对策。本研究案例工程通过文中所述方法,有效将焊接变形控制在最低限度,完全满足储罐设计以及使用要求。Combined with the actual case of 1×104 m3 storage tank installation project carried out by PetroChina in a certain place,the analysis of vertical storage tank welding deformation types and influencing factors,and put forward the corresponding deformation control countermeasures for vertical storage tank welding.This study case project through the methods described in the text,effective welding deformation control to a minimum,fully meet the tank design and use requirements.
