摘  要:临界转速是旋转机械在设计过程中必须考虑的一个重要参数,其计算结果的准确性直接影响着机器运行的可靠性和安全性。以主轴系统为研究对象,通过研究主轴系统的装配关系,利用有限元分析软件,建立主轴系统的装配模型,通过分析得出该传动系统的一阶模态,计算出传动系统的转速,从而得出该主轴传动系统的临界转速,并通过实验验证该分析模型的准确性。Critical speed is an important parameter that must be considered in the design process of rotating machinery,and the accuracy of its calculation results directly affects the reliability and safety of machine operation.Taking the spindle system as the research object,the assembly model of the spindle system is reasonably established by studying the assembly relationship of the spindle system and using the finite element analysis software,and the first-order mode of the transmission system is derived from the analysis,and the rotational speed of the transmission system is calculated,so that the critical speed of the spindle transmission system is derived,and the accuracy of the analysis model is verified through experiments.
