摘  要:分析了变流量空调水系统循环水泵在四种不同控制策略(定温差、干管定压差、最不利环路定压差、中间环路定压差)下对水系统水力稳定性的影响,控制阀门的选择及节能效果。结果表明:定温差控和最不利环路定压差控制策略,系统各环路处于欠流状态。干管定压差控制策略,系统各环路处于过流状态。中间位置定压差控制策略,定压点前端环路处于欠流,定压点后端环路处于过流状态。各控制策略中,定温差控制策略的水泵能耗最低,最不利环路定压差控制策略的能耗次之,干管定压差控制策略水泵的能耗最高。Analyses the hydraulic stability,the selection of control valves and energy saving effect of variable frequency pump under four control strategies.The results show that:using the control strategy of maintaining constant temperature or maintaining constant pressure close to the last terminal,the system is under design condition.Using the control strategy of maintaining constant pressure in the first of the plant,the system is overflow design condition.Using the control strategy of maintaining constant pressure in the middle of the plant,the fore-end loop of the fixed pressure point is under design condition,and the back-end loop of the fixed pressure point is overflow design condition.In the all control strategies,the energy consumption from low to high is:maintaining constant temperature,maintaining constant pressure close to the last terminal,maintaining constant pressure in the first of the plant.
