摘 要:为了改善夏季高温日晒环境下作业人员的热舒适性,对普通工装和辐射制冷服装在通风与不通风条件下的热舒适性进行了实验研究。由14名身体健康的大学生在晴朗夏季室外高温环境下进行真人实验,观察受试者在3种WBGT下前胸温度、后背温度,并采用问卷调查方式收集受试者的热舒适投票(TCV)、热感觉投票(TSV)。结果表明:在3种WBGT下,未通风时人体着装普通工装与辐射制冷服装的热舒适性都很差。但采用通风装置后,热舒适性都得到改善,辐射制冷服装的改善效果显著,皮肤表面温度下降0.8~1.1℃,TCV和TSV都降低到了0~1之间。In order to improve the thermal comfort of operators under High temperature and damaging sunlight in summer, the thermal comfort of common tooling and radiation cooling clothes under ventilation and non-ventilation conditions was studied experimentally.A real-life experiment was carried out by 14 healthy college students in a sunny summer outdoor high temperature environment. The subjects’ chest temperature and back temperature were observed under 3 types of WBGT, and TCV and TSV were collected using a questionnaire survey.The results show that: under the three types of WBGT, the thermal comfort of human body wearing ordinary work clothes and radiation cooling clothes is very poor when there is no ventilation.But after adopting the ventilation device, the thermal comfort has been improved.Among them, the radiation cooling clothes has a significant improvement effect, with the skin surface temperature dropping by 0.8~1.1 ℃, and the TCV and TSV reducing to between 0 and 1.
