摘 要:高压燃气管道属于重大危险源,施工过程中对燃气管道的有效保护是第一安全管理事项。结合珠海市某港区填筑及道路施工工程,在临近与跨越既有高压燃气管道的不同施工区域,研究采用不同的技术来保护高压燃气管道;重点论述了膜袋砂围堰隔离保护技术、简支桥结构保护技术、钢筋混凝土盖板保护技术。经理论计算和现场实施验证,采用这些管道保护技术,保证了高压燃气管道的安全与施工安全,经济、社会效益显著,可为类似工程实施提供参考。High pressure gas pipeline is a major hazard.Effective protection of gas pipeline during construction is the first safety management item.Combined with the filling and road construction project of a port area in Zhuhai,different technologies are studied to protect the high-pressure gas pipeline in different construction areas close to and across the existing high-pressure gas pipeline.This paper expounds the construction technologies,which are the membrane bag sand cofferdam isolation,the structure of continuous beam bridge protecting cofferdam and reinforced concrete protecting cofferdam through covering plate.Through theoretical calculation and field implementation verification,the use of these pipeline protection technologies ensures the safety and construction safety of high-pressure gas pipelines.It has achieved remarkable economic and social benefits,and provided reference for the implementation of similar projects.
